ABOUT TEDD HAUSER

I am a proven leader that builds and develops effective delivery teams to provide exceptional value to my customers while achieving quantifiable results for the organization. I began my career in business operations and leveraged that experience as an analyst to deliver software solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations. This led to more advanced roles in project, program, product and eventually large-scale portfolio/PMO management within a Fortune 5 corporation. In the last several years I have become adept in Agile Delivery including certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner/Manager and Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer. I also helped to initiate and lead the corporate wide Agile Transformation effort for UnitedHealthcare (UHG). I am a business analyst at heart and have consistently drawn on those skills to truly understand the needs of my customers to solve problems and quickly adapt to meet business opportunities. In my straightforward approach, I work with stakeholders to identify requirements and tangible goals then organize/align teams to meet those objectives. Adapting this approach to Agile, including incorporating Agile principals and methods, further improves delivery and team success. Simply put, teams become much more effective when they understand the value their work brings (the why) and then are given the latitude to self-manage how the work gets done. This has now become my passion… I honestly believe that my success is realized though helping others succeed. I am foremost a coach and servant leader that thrives on helping teams work through challenges and to flourish in a collaborative environment. One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was being nominated by my team for leadership and then being presented the corporate wide award for Living the Mission (UHG) from the CEO. I have diverse technical knowledge (platforms, data, analytics, etc.) and direct business experience in the healthcare, financial and insurance industries. Bottomline: I am a proven leader, a catalyst, that works to build and coach highly effective teams to tackle complex business/ technology challenges through innovation while remaining committed to delivering value to my customers… How can I help your organization achieve your goals and deliver results?
