ABOUT TED BELL
As the leader of our national Incentives practice, my job is to help clients of all kinds achieve results by bringing my combined industrial and consulting experience to bear on the challenges other professionals are facing. Prior to working at PwC, I spent 13 years in industry working as an engineer and manager in heavy industry where I developed a passion for improving operations, increasing efficiency, and product development. This experience helps me understand some of the real business problems that are out there. Today, my expertise is in helping clients deal with making and supporting SR & ED tax credit claims, finding and applying for other government grants and incentives, as well as working on climate change related issues, primarily in the provision of assurance over greenhouse gas reporting. I work with all sorts of clients across many industries in each of these areas. I have a young family and really enjoy spending time with my four kids, and in my spare time, I play a little guitar and I\'ve been known to take long drives in my old 19•••11 convertible.
