Experiencing hockey-stick growth at Impact was a thrill and next I decided I wanted to work with my brother to found our own company, a digital marketing agency. I have been working between Santa Barbara and Milwaukee securing clients, planning/executing marketing programs and growing the agency. It’s been a rewarding challenge to manage employees and build out an office.Being an entrepreneur has taught me how to be resourceful and balance the various needs of a business.
