I lead a team of Art Directors—together we create integrated marketing campaigns, brand photography, video advertising, printed in-store signage, and on-site + mobile graphics.    Led art direction and brand creative development for the Amazon Fresh redesign (in-storesales up 47% YoY), spanning paid, social, OOH, owned-and-operated, and in-store channels. Directed art for the V2 store rebrand, Prime Day Savings blitz, Value 2.0 system,omni-channel Holiday platform, and a year-round seasonal engine—keeping the brandconsistently fresh across every touchpoint. Established and oversaw three-person Art Direction team and provided final creative 15+ cross-functional partners (copy, design, production) plus two external agencies. Directed 39+ photo and video shoots in 2024 alone, spanning studio tabletop, lifestyle, andmotion for TikTok/Reels—maintaining 100% on-time delivery in agile 3–6 week sprints.
