I\'ve spent the last 20 years buying, selling, or condemning real estate for my client and litigating the title issues that are inherent in mass real estate transactions. In the course of that experience, I\'ve developed expertise in delinquent land tax sales, title insurance, quieting titles, eminent domain, and other distressed property sales. I want to help people purchase and sell abandoned and vacant property and make sure they have clear title. I would also like to help individuals who are being condemned by the government get a fair deal in that process.
