   As Chief Information Officer, I lead enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, and health information management in support of CNS Healthcare’s mission to deliver high-quality behavioral health and crisis services across the community. I serve as a member of the Executive Team, partnering with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to ensure that technology enables — and never impedes — patient care, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance.My role focuses on optimizing electronic health record (EHR) platforms and clinical workflows, strengthening interoperability and data sharing, and building trusted analytics and dashboards to support CCBHC, value-based care, and alternative payment model reporting. I oversee cybersecurity, privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity, with particular attention to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance in behavioral health and substance use disorder services.I am responsible for aligning IT strategy with CNS Healthcare’s clinical, quality, access, and financial goals; establishing strong data and technology governance; and driving digital transformation initiatives that improve clinician experience, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. This includes modernizing reporting and decision support, advancing secure information exchange with community partners, and exploring responsible use of AI and automation to reduce administrative burden and enhance care delivery.
