ABOUT TED WELCH
After more than 30 years in financial services with some of the largest firms in the nation, I’ve decided to launch two ventures with a similar primary purpose: to provide guidance and mentoring to young adults. We plan to grow these two firms on the energy and innovation of the next generation. Many seasoned professionals I speak with express concern over the next generation’s ability to lead…I have great hope and see limitless possibilities. Life, itself,(personal and professional) provides the greatest growth lessons for any individual. We will create an environment and a culture to provide educational support and vocational training for area young people who wish to apply their personal skill set to a worthy venture.
