Heading up the merging of staff training and Provider Network training for a large MCO. We launched the Training Resource and Collaborative as a centralized training and education effort to scale up as we seriously expand our staffing levels to over 800 and looking north of healthcare providers in our network. The needs are greater every day. My team steps up and prove to be more than competent to embrace the challenges. Now I have to go. Lots of work to do.
