SASS for the Staffing/HR industry. •Implement and promote good Agile practices, acting as scrum master and Delivery Manager in charge of 5 products and multiple teams •Manage teams with up to 12 reports consisting of Software Engineers and Software Quality Engineers •Create, coordinate and integrate new processes post acquisition (and ongoing) with Release Engineering, Tech Ops, Professional Services and support teams •Develop multiple roadmap paths for owned product lines through soliciting customers and customer facing resources at Bullhorn to look for good market fit items, scoping and creating project docs with senior developers and architecture team then bringing to Jira as a scoped epic and user stories. Subject matter expert for training, cross functional teams and product line reviews •Active developer as need arises using MEAN stack technologies (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node) and Java.
