   As the Operations Hub Manager at CEVA Logistics, I played a key role in the launch and expansion of our facility in 2023, starting with a single client and successfully growing to serve six distinct clients across the luxury, beauty, and perfumes industries. Located just 20 minutes from Manhattan, our sq ft warehouse serves as a critical hub for reverse logistics, managing the flow of goods for department stores, wholesalers, retail, and B2C operations.Our services span both inbound and outbound logistics, including international dispatch, B2C and B2B shipments, as well as a variety of Value-Added Services (VAS) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We operate with two WMS solutions—Manhattan and Speed—to ensure seamless management of inventory and workflow across a diverse client base.Our warehouse is designed for maximum efficiency, with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) racking systems that optimize storage capacity and enable us to deliver fast, accurate order fulfillment while managing space effectively. As we continue to grow and scale our operations, I lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service, driving operational improvements, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.
