About Ted Polzer
Currently I am responsible for Product Field Quality for NA Agricultural products.The Quality role allows me to work closely with product support, engineering, and our dealer network to provide positive customer experiences with CNH agricultural equipment.I have been with CNH since 2002 holding several sales, technical support, and product training roles which has allowed me to provide dedicated technical and sales support to machinery dealers around the globe.During this time I have found that my true passion is providing solutions to challenging issues presented by dealer salesman, service managers, technicians, and customers. Looking back I have to laugh as I could have never forecasted the path I have taken to get where I am today. It’s been a great experience with CNH which has provided numerous opportunities to me.
