I manage a team of 15 home based loss adjusters. I am also responsible for the management of operational issues which include service provision, budget and people management. I have supported and managed staff through organisational change including a number of restructures, including formal consultations with staff, redundancies, and recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, & negotiating terms). I manage resource effectively day to day including surge planning & management. I develop and maintained client relationships. I build effective communication channels and relationships with my team, other areas of the business, and external clients to support effective and efficient service delivery. I build team morale and motivated the team to perform against individual and team targets. I am also involved in complaint handling and resolution.
