Direct report to NCI\'s Chief Operations Officer and provide matrix support to a business unit Senior Vice President. • Provided leadership, corporate oversight and management of 11 separate Federal Civilian, Intelligence Agency, and DoD Information Technology programs with 36 direct reports and 184 employees working contracts worth $78.9M. Customers included the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms, U.S. Capitol Police, and U.S. Intelligence Agencies. • Supported the reorganization planning and transition of a NCI sector organization to a new Lifecycle Engineering (LCE) Group composed of 4-domains, of which I was the Director of the Cyber, Mission Operations, and Security Services (CMOSS) domain. • Prior to the LCE reorganization, led NCI’s Federal Government Support Services Directorate consisting of 24 programs with contracts worth $122.4 M, and managed 29 direct reports, and 263 people total in the organization.
