Having founded EF55 Management in 2016, Ted joined Leggat McCall Properties in May of 2017 to bring best-in-class project delivery to the interiors market.While working with JLL in the New York market, Ted spent 7.5 years working on the $550M transformation of the Empire State Building. One of the continued, ongoing impacts of Ted\'s work at Empire State Building includes their ever-changing effects to the New York skyline - one of the most recent shows is linked here.
