Having spent nearly 40 years in the business working with clients in various industries across the globe one learns to appreciate the value and impact we bring. It was a pleasure and honor being mentored by the original partners of Proudfoot. I was schooled in the Project Management Control Process which is a fail safe method to ensure success with clients. That process ensures success when executed correctly and keeps you in the category of the 30% of projects that are successful, not the 70% that fail. In addition, you learn the difference between knowledge and wisdom when engaging your client\'s people. Everybody hires a lot of smart educated professionals with significant knowledge in their field. But it is the wisdom of how to use that knowledge, which can only be gained over time, that make it the key ingredient for success. It is that wisdom that we have garnered over 75 years which makes us such a great partner.
