   Manage CSI’s IT staff focused on IT automation/reporting, Datacenter monitoring, capacity management, DevOps and Corporate application support. The Internal IT team’s deliver exception customer care to all of CSI employees by delivering timely PC support and ensuring all corporate applications are functioning as designed. Another major focus of the team was ensuring we reduced worktime, increase production platform awareness, and ensuring all Data Center environments were properly managed. • Established the ground work to migrate IT management from a manual infrastructure build to an evolving DevOps automated Infrastructure as code and push button code deployment. Opened reoccurring lines of communications that allowed all organizations to share strategic and tactical goals. • Greatly improved on CSI’s visibility and usage of Microsoft products. This include very large EA and SCE contracts. Built a dashboard view showing consumption of resources tied to product lines. Additionally, leveraged CSI Microsoft Partner benefits to greatly reduce additional product cost. • Created an IT Support organization focused on IT Automation, monitoring, and Data Center capacity management. This team has enhanced our ability to monitor the health of CSI’s production platforms and improved on our ability to understand platform issues. • Built an IT Dashboard focused on IT stats, asset management and the reporting of key KPI’s centered our IT’s ability to deliver on departmental goals. Information stored in the Dashboard allows for the tracking of IT asset lifecyle, employee worktime, Patch compliance, and many other key data points improving on our ability to support CSI’s IT environments
