Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide training solutions that support employee growth, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance.Oversee the HealthStream Learning Management System (LMS), including system administration, reporting, and optimization of learning operations.Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to assess performance gaps and build scalable, high-impact learning programs.Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.Develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended content using Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other instructional tools.Apply adult learning principles and performance consulting to improve learning effectiveness and workforce capability.Coach and support LMS administrators, content developers, and interns to build a culture of continuous learning.Ensure learning content meets accessibility (WCAG), branding, and regulatory standards.Support organization-wide initiatives in change management, leadership development, and onboarding.Serve as a key contributor to audit readiness and learning data reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
