Develop and maintain key media relationships with journalists in target legal, technology, business, national and regional media.\\\\n• Research and identify relevant channels and platforms to maximise our reach to target audiences.\\\\n• Plan and coordinate PR activities for the firm, including drafting press releases and relevant news and legal articles and commentary, which is designed to promote and reinforce the firm’s reputation.\\\\n• Develop a firmwide PR communications strategy and tactical plan that is aligned to the firm’s vision and that targets high-level placements in relevant print, online and broadcast media.\\\\n• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders (eg clients and third-party partnerships), in producing copy for PR and our website, including press releases, client stories and case studies.\\\\n• Provide coaching as relevant on media communications and best practice.\\\\n• Assist with copywriting and copyediting to ensure our content is consistent and on brand.\\\\n• Track current affairs, topical news stories, industry trends, competitor activities and the wider business related news agenda to spot opportunities for the firm to have a voice on relevant issues for the firm and our clients – either through reactive opportunities or proactive pitches to target publications.\\\\n• Work closely with our Head of Marketing, our PR & Communications Assistant and the wider marketing team on activities and campaigns that combine PR, social channels, advertising, events, design, digital and client communications elements.\\\\n• Mentor and act as line manager for our PR & Communications Assistant.\\\\n• Play a key role in the firm’s internal communications activities and leverage internal capabilities to enhance the firm’s reputation externally.\\\\n• Develop an awards strategy and help coordinate and draft awards entries.\\\\n• Analysing and reporting on all press and media activities and measuring outcomes.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
