   As the Director of Software Engineering, overseeing technology teams in the execution and delivery of application development projects for supporting business operations. In addition, I also coordinated operations for ensuring the appropriate use of standard models and software packages, implementing standard methods of integration, and driving the development of common application services. Significant accomplishments include:• Introduced products, which are capable of interacting with hardware devices though cloud-based technologies.• Completed the development of a solution EMM despite limited resources.• Led the development of a full-stack including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and customized Android stock ROM for a mobile phone device, which caters to children between 8 and 16.• Spearheaded cross-functional collaboration for an Android OS modification project, which was projected to have a significant impact on the purchase of 20M handsets per year.• Instrumental in securing product certification by Google, as well as inclusion in Google Enterprise.• Formulated an automation strategy, which proved valuable in expanding a user base of 2K users into 300K users, and increasing revenue from $1M to $12M.• Enabled the continuation of product development initiatives for multiple market segments and applications in cooperation with development, automation, program and product management, and data science and analytics teams working on a portfolio of four products.• Expedited the rollout of new products in three countries across the APAC region, including products in the SaaS space with a user base of roughly 1.2M, and accounting for $30M worth of annual revenue.
