Pam has helped over 400 families find their perfect home, with a total sales volume of over Pam’s knowledge of Orange County and it’s surrounding areas is unsurpassed. She is a member of NAR, CAR, OCAR, WCR, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California - USC. Pam also has been awarded “Top Individual Producer” every year since 2005. When Darren Etem, her broker associate husband joined her, Pam and Darren are now known as Team Etem and have continued to successfully earn accolades as a Top Producing Team from 2012 until present day. Orange Coast Magazine has bestowed its 5 Star Professional Award to Pam Etem from 2011 to 2018. This award is granted to less than 7% of all real estate professionals in Orange County and is purely based on client satisfaction after the sale. Pam does not accept that anything is impossible. She has been known to do other people’s jobs, search out creative solutions and basically do whatever it takes to help her clients achieve success. She has been called an eternal optimist, this persistence has obviously paid off for Pam and Team Etem, as their clients are extremely loyal. In fact, most of Team Etem’s business is generated from referrals. Pam has an uncanny knack of making the complex look simple on a daily basis.
