We are a full service real estate team offering seller consultation, home preparation, and staging services as well as extensive internet marketing to our sellers. We use hundreds of websites and social media applications to obtain maximum market exposure for our listings. Our list of concierge services for our buyers include buyer education, free credit coaching, down payment assistance and first time home buyer Information/counseling as part of our buyer representation plan. We offer help and guidance with every aspect of the buying process, from where to start, through the lender documentation process, to home care after the close of transaction. We keep our buyers informed, and respond quickly to their needs and requests. Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.
