I am a strategically-focused marketing leader with a unique hybrid background that is equal parts strategic leader, marketing operations specialist, and accomplished sourcing professional. I specialize in working closely with clients to identify opportunities to unlock marketing effectiveness and efficiency in their organization and partnerships.My initial twenty plus years of professional experience included leading client accounts across strategy and creative teams with the intent to help deliver exceptional work that both met the business revenue goals as well as the creative objectives defined. That experience culminated in leading a 120+ person office through an acquisition and transition into a larger organization with different cultures, capabilities, and client priorities to ensure minimal disruption while maximizing retention with both clients and team members.My next professional chapter was a more entrepreneurial one, charged with growing a developing marketing services vertical from a tactical procurement team to a solutions-driven consultancy designed to help clients achieve maximum effectiveness of their budgets through strategic sourcing, optimization of relationships with current and future partners, and ongoing assessment of marketing operations improvement.
