   Created a Product Idea Lifecycle framework, enabling earlier, more rigorous validation of ideas and better focus on high-impact work.Launched PM and UX competency rubrics tied to growth, self-assessment, and upskilling — mapped to Reforge resources and internal tools.Developed and rolled out the Relias Product Principles, including a 250+ person company-wide design competition to bring them to life.Led Atlassian 2.0, a full rebuild of Jira and Jira Product Discovery to improve visibility, predictability, and reduce admin overhead.Built and executed a phased AI strategy (Pendo Listen, Strella, ChatGPT) to streamline validation, research, and early prototyping.Created CapEx Time Tracking with Finance, improving resource planning and driving significant financial impact.Established the Product Performance Review to assess adoption, friction, and customer feedback — driving more data-informed iteration.Built a Release Readiness practice with Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Ops to ensure adoption and drive retention.Maintained tight partnership with Engineering leadership to align product ops with delivery, not just planning.Partnered across Sales Ops, PMM, Enablement, and Client Care to align product strategy with go-to-market success.
