As a Recruiting Coordinator, the core of my role revolves around creating an excellent candidate experience. Working in a fast paced environment across many time zones, I schedule complex and high volume phone, onsite and video conference interviews, while also greeting candidates across NORAM, with speed and efficiency. Fostering community is key by supporting the onboarding of new team members, with hands-on scheduling training. Regular analysis and presenting data to stakeholders on Recruiting insights is integral to continuously creating and upholding an excellent candidate experience. Organization, initiative and adaptability are key to enable me to work collaboratively with the wider Recruiting Team to identify opportunities for projects which improve and scale our recruiting processes.
