Lead Internal IT and NOC staff as the primary team, ensuring network reliability, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure excellence. Participate in weekly Steering Committee meetings, contributing to company-wide strategy and technology initiatives. Oversee and manage three additional production teams: • Tech Support – Ensuring top-tier customer service and technical troubleshooting. • Drop Crew – Coordinating fiber infrastructure deployment and installations. • Home & Business Installations – Managing seamless installations for residential and commercial clients. Direct a total team of 54 staff members, including 8 direct reports, fostering efficiency and innovation. Led teams to more than double the total subscriber count and monthly installations within the first year. Implemented process improvement strategies to make production teams scalable, increasing efficiency and supporting rapid growth. Developed all company dashboards for production tracking, providing real-time insights for management to optimize operations and decision-making. Drive IT strategies to optimize network performance, scalability, and security to support expanding infrastructure. Oversee the NOC operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and uptime for fiber internet services. Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery plans, and infrastructure improvements.
