Co-creator of the Bloom Growth Operating System (BGOS), Todd Smart brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience to his work as a Growth Coach. An Entrepreneurs\' Organization (EO) member since the 90s, he has built multiple successful businesses while personally guiding more than 100 leadership teams through growth transformation. One of the architects of BGOS and the visionary for the Bloom Coaching Community, Todd is also one of the first 20 EOS Implementers®, co-founding Traction Tools (the first software solution for EOS®). With two decades as a Forum Facilitator and Trainer for EO and Young Presidents\' Organization (YPO), he has learned both what works and what\'s missing in traditional business systems and relationships.Todd recently completed a three-year adventure with his wife and four children, spending 18 months RVing across North America and 18 months sailing the Caribbean—living proof that with the right people and process in place, you can build a thriving business while simultaneously having the adventure of a lifetime.
