Work on multiple projects simultaneously and completed them successfully. Interface and interact with cross-functional teams to collaborate on RF Planning, Design & Optimization for Next Generation Networks.• Design and Deploy 5G on 600MHz: Planning & Design of 5G RAN (gNB). Create RFDS (RADIO FREQUENCY DATASHEET), and configuration using new N600 supported radio and antennas.• Manage Small Cell Design and Implementation (292 nodes): Small cell Design considering hub locations, existing small cell overlaps, use of starling data to identify hot spots weak SINR and RSRP. Using MapInfo and Google Earth Pro, identify proper small cell locations and decide RAD centers and Azimuths. Completed 911 provisioning and created CIQ & SCF commissioning files. Coordinate with 3rd party vendor (extenet system) to keep track of fiber installation, HUB readiness, and Equipment.• New technology overlay (adding L1900, L2100, L700 & Capacity sector add) & New Site Design: Design work involved: candidate evaluation, Site justification packages, RFDS creation, Massive MIMO antenna deployment, CIQ creation & SCF Review, and updating ASSET, elemenT, SORT, PIER, and validating GMLC/911 verification in RIOT. Provide all needed details for any 3rd party site compliance firm (Site safe) to be able to complete any required FAA, EME, AM site compliance analysis. New NB-IoT activated on existing LTE technologies (L2100 & L1900).• Lead the Greenfield Project: which includes more than 300 sites in 6 markets (Detroit, Nashville, Louisville, Knoxville, Cincinnati, Indiana). Created configuration using different technologies (L700, L2100, L1900, G1900) and bring sites on the air in time. Create the process from site candidate selection, Technology assignment, coverage prediction, RFDS creation, 911 Provisioning, CIQ -SCF creation to put sites on air.
