About Taylor Dootson
Taylor is without a doubt one of the most gifted Account Executives I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His determination and drive are second to none and this is clearly evident by his track record of success. Taylor has never missed a month, much less a quarter in his role on my team. Beyond that, what has impressed me the most about Taylor has been his willingness to go above and beyond to help others. Taylor has been responsible for spearheading a variety of initiatives that have had an impact not just in Healthcare, but across the org (ACE pitch card, territory planning, prospecting and many more). He has been a go to resource for not only his SMB teammates, but also our Mid-Market and Majors counterparts on both Newco and Install teams. To have the level of attainment he’s achieved while dedicating so much of his time to helping others, including myself, is a testament to the hard work, skill set and character he brings to the table. We could not have achieved the level of success we have had in Healthcare without him. I couldn’t possibly give someone a higher recommendation and would welcome the opportunity to chat further with anyone that is interested in learning more.” Tim Powell - RVP Healthcare & Life Sciences
Experience
Account Executive
Apr 2025 — Present
I work with commercial property owners and facility teams across Washington to protect one of their most expensive and critical assets, their HVAC systems. At PSR Mechanical, my focus is simple. Reduce downtime. Increase equipment reliability. Create predictable operating costs. Most buildings do not struggle because the equipment is bad. They struggle because maintenance is reactive, data is scattered, and no one is truly looking at the full lifecycle of the assets. My role is to step in as a long term partner, not just a vendor. I help facilities teams move from emergency driven decisions to structured maintenance strategies that extend equipment life, reduce surprises, and improve performance. My process starts with understanding the building. What equipment is in place, how it is being maintained, where the risk lives, and what the long term goals are. From there, we build a maintenance plan that fits the property, the budget, and the operational priorities. That can include preventative maintenance, corrective support, capital planning insight, and energy efficiency recommendations. If you manage a commercial facility and want a clearer picture of your HVAC risk, cost exposure, and long term strategy, I am always open to a conversation.
