As the Global Commercial Lead for Lifecycle Solutions and Uptime at Chart Industries, I’m responsible for shaping and delivering global commercial strategies that maximise asset reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term value across the full lifecycle of industrial equipment.I lead the development and deployment of Lifecycle Solutions, including Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) and digitally enabled service models tailored to customer needs across energy and industrial sectors. These offerings are designed to improve availability, reduce total cost of ownership, and support strategic asset management through proactive maintenance planning and data-driven service execution.In parallel, I oversee the global commercial strategy for Howden Uptime, our industrial IoT remote monitoring platform. Uptime provides real-time operational insights, predictive maintenance, and OEM-level diagnostics, enabling customers to reduce downtime, improve energy efficiency, and optimise performance. We also leverage Augmented Reality tools to enhance support, training, and field service operations.Chart Industries is a global leader in supporting the clean energy transition, serving sectors including Hydrogen, LNG, Power Generation, Water, Nuclear, Mining, and Oil & Gas.
