   Draft and edited comments for the Center for Energy, Climate and Environment, in response to Federal Register notices issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Departments of Energy, Interior, and Transportation• Work with policy experts across the organization to formulate strategic responses and recommendations in response to, and to help shape, regulatory developments• Research cutting-edge issues in the areas of administrative law and environmental law to help inform Heritage policy in ongoing and upcoming agency rulemaking projects• Help write and publish opinion pieces in various outlets to advocate The Heritage Foundation’s positions on regulatory developments at both the Federal and State levels• Teach Research Associates about the rulemaking process and how to write effective comments in response to Federal notices
