With over 22 years of leadership experience in the United States Air Force, I bring a proven track record of delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments. My background spans enterprise-level operations, global communications, and mission-critical systems, where I’ve consistently led teams to execute with precision and accountability. As I transition into the civilian sector, I’m focused on growing as an IT Project Manager, building on my experience as an Agile Scrum Master and my ability to lead teams through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight timelines. I’ve developed a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and keeping projects moving forward with clarity and purpose. My experience includes supporting and managing enterprise IT systems, where reliability, scalability, and security are non-negotiable. I’ve worked within structured environments that required strict adherence to cybersecurity compliance standards, while also contributing to broader efforts in IT governance and planning to ensure systems and teams operate effectively at scale. I’m especially driven by the opportunity to leverage technology to serve people; whether that’s improving how teams operate, enabling better decision-making, or delivering solutions that make a real impact on those who rely on them.
