Arapahoe/Douglas Works! offers free workforce development services to businesses in the metro Denver area, to ensure that the region remains economically competitive and boasts an adequately skilled workforce for the future. Tanya facilitates several weekly job search workshops, creates our staff schedule, workshop calendar and coordinates our classroom assignments, and uploads the workshops on our website, adworks.org for customers to register for classes. Tanya provides one on one career guidance, development or improvement of workshop curricula through extensive research of current labor market information and job search trends resulting in a 95% team customer satisfaction rate, from our workshop evaluations. She was selected by her supervisor to facilitate several custom workshops from May to August 2013 and provide 1 to 1 career coaching to 60 employees, providing them with resources to find gainful employment prior to their layoff.
