Works with the Vice President of Operations regarding proposals for Labor Compliance and PLA Administration pursuits. Worked with the VP of Operations in expanding the LC & PLA subdivision of Public PM by 12 clients within 30 months of hire. As Deputy Compliance Officer, monitors all Labor Compliance and PLA administration services provided to various clients across Cumming\'s Public PM Division and supports the Vice President of Operations in managing the Labor Compliance & PLA team within Cumming. A team player in the execution of special projects, directives, and tasks issued by Executive Management, Directors, and various internal departments.
