My responsibilities involve oversight of the day-to-day operations as well as strategic direction and implementation of initiatives that will ensure and sustain the long-term health and growth of Innoved. Previously I was and continue to be responsible for the management of existing client relationships and the development of new client relationships, ensuring the advancement and support of medical education and research through the suitable placement of donated tissues worldwide. I am passionate about Client Service, Strategic Business Development and creating a World Class Client Experience. Prior to Life Legacy my focus was on honing my skills and expertise in Operations, specifically LEAN principles, as they apply to general business and clinical labs. During my time as a Director at Caris Life Sciences, my focus was on Operations and Client Service in the Hematopathology specialty branch of the Anatomical Pathology division. In addition to being heavily involved in leading and introducing a LEAN culture and management, I developed from concept to execution a Client/Corporate Experience Program which showed immediate, positive, tangible results correlated to repeat business and client retention. Previously I was the Manager for Professional Education for a Medical Education company called Science Care, serving the medical device industry, where my focus was on client relationships and business development. In addition to my professional roles, I have facilitated corporate teambuilding and leadership development courses. As well, I have been active as a Personal/Professional coach since March 2005 involved with programs offered by PSI Seminars and Klemmer & Associates. I have also been involved in the production; logistics, staff direction, and A/V engineering, for Personal/Professional Development seminars and classes since 2001.
