The Foundation of Wesley Woods envisions a world where everyone has the opportunity to age with grace, dignity and purpose. Our mission and all we do is to connect our generous community with older adults of all income levels, races and faiths so these senior adults have a caring community and live thriving lives full of independence and contribution.The Foundation of Wesley Woods serves as the connection point between caring supporters in the community and the practical, life-changing work of Wesley Woods Senior Living & Wesley Woods Center. Wesley Woods serves over 1,800 older adults each year, at 10 communities throughout North Georgia. Through the Foundation, significant benevolence care is extended to the over 75% of residents who need some form of financial assistance to remain in their homes. Forty percent of those served by Wesley Woods live below the poverty line.With a heart and passion to improve the lives of Georgia\'s older adults and their families, as CEO, reporting to the Foundation Board of Directors, I provide vision, leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the philanthropic funding needs of Wesley Woods are met – ensuring those whom we serve at Wesley Woods continue to live independent lives of purpose and fulfillment for as long as possible with the highest quality of health and wellness.
