As the Director of Open Ecosystem at NetApp, I lead a software engineering team that energizes strategic programs critical to NetApp\'s cloud initiatives and revenue growth. For over nine years, I have been building agile and customer value focused teams that contribute to open source projects and deliver data management solutions for customers seeking to adopt and leverage the hybrid cloud.My mission is to establish NetApp\'s leadership in Kubernetes by providing innovative and reliable solutions that enable customers to transition to new technology stacks, be it on the cloud or on premises. I have successfully built products that are deployed by Fortune 100 enterprises and grown customer usage from zero to over 600 with creative software. I have also created and defined new processes to break down impediments and increase delivery cadence and quality for productivity tools. I hold four patents in the field of virtualization and data management and have worked in diverse industries such as the U.S. Intelligence community, telecommunications, and data management.
