Proven leader that is driven to produce results through a high degree of creativity, teamwork, collaboration, attention-to-detail and inspiration. Throughout the 25+ years of my professional career I\'ve had the opportunity to balance meticulous spreadsheets of employee hours from various operating areas at Disneyland to building the first-ever services team responsible for producing all in-park corporate group Sales\' events in the Disney Parks in Anaheim. From there I moved on to build the guest services model, as well as execute various logistics for the Harvest Crusades Ministries at various stadiums and arenas around the country. I returned back to Disney as an Event Producer in Marketing producing a broad mix of small-to-large events including major components of the Grand Opening of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Eventually I moved over into Promotions at Disney as Manager where I was responsible for all radio, print and TV promotions, TV programming opportunities and unique promotional events for the General Market in LA, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento and New York for all of the Domestic Disney properties.Following Disney I moved to the Queen Mary as Director of Attractions & Engagement helping to elevate the Guest experience on the ship to a new level with new offerings and experiences for all ages. Currently I am a managing partner in owning a full blown event production and video production company called Skyline Production Group. In addition, I\'m working as a freelancer for The TO\'DAY Group Agency as I bring to various clients the vast experience I have in Promotions, Marketing, TV programming, event production and experiential engagement. I like to be challenged. I\'ve produced some of my greatest results under pressure. I look forward too many new and exciting challenges in the future through the world of Skyline and so much more.
