Lead the Financial Shared Service Organization responsible for Cash Management including Collections, Disbursements and Applications. Developed and manage the communications around the company’s financial cash results and projections to PE Owners, Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, and the company’s Lending community. Direct the financial integration of acquisitions including due diligence, program management and process design. Led Global team charged to achieve savings during the Covid-19 Pandemic, resulting in tax savings of $3M and tax payment deferrals of $15M. Lead Sales Operations support including backlog analysis and administration of global commission program.
