I’m a software enthusiast who specializes in low-code no-code technical Implementations and Customer Success. I started my career in multi-family real estate and transitioned to tech for the past 10 years. My bread, butter and heart is in Start-ups, particularly fast paced environments that is in the early-mid stages of creating technical implementation processes. I’ve implemented various SaaS products (Deal Management, CPQ, Salesforce) across different industries (commercial real estate, commercial insurance, social media and email marketing, non-profits) for SMBs to Enterprise accounts. My day to day includes managing the entire implementation cycle from kick off, technical configurations, training & deployment. Tech Stack: Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certified), G Suite, MS Office, JIRA, Looker, Basecamp, RingCentral, Zoom, Loom, and Slack.
