ABOUT TERENCE CHANNON

I work as a Chief of Staff supporting early-stage and venture-backed companies navigating growth, operations improvements, product development, and capital raising. My focus spans, product development, operations management, reporting, HR strategy, risk assessments, and investor relations helping founders and leadership teams translate strategy into disciplined execution.I’ve spent time in regulated and capital-intensive environments, where clarity of governance, incentive alignment, and decision-making frameworks matter as much as speed. I’m particularly effective in roles that require cross-functional coordination, board-facing communication, and building operating cadence as companies scale.Alongside my operating work, I actively invest in community banks, where I see significant unrealized value driven by scarcity, durable local franchises, and their central role in the communities and economies we live in. I invest with a long-term, governance-oriented mindset across community banks and select industrial and contrarian opportunities. I believe strong corporate governance, including thoughtful technology adoption and clear investor communication, are essential to delivering durable shareholder returns.
