I’m practical and method-driven. I pay close attention to details and need to know each step is truly finished. I make mistakes every day, but I won’t accept making the same mistake twice. I hate rework caused by lack of attention. I don’t adapt well to slow, low-energy people or to those satisfied with a 7 or 8 level result. I work with process first, clear steps, and the right tool for each task, based on the REFA, a German methodology created for work measurement, standardization, and operational efficiency in industry. This is how I learned to work.
