Most of my career was at Google for 11+ years (where I was more tenured than 98.9% of the company by the time I left) in roles such as-a HR Business Partner for the Trust & Safety team -a Director of Recruiting for a team of ~120 recruiters that hired people-one of the founders of the People Analytics Team which started the field of People Analytics worldwide.Pre-Google, I was a management consultant for a coupla years, got my PhD (in Organizational Psychology) in the fine state of Texas, and spent time growing up in Chicagoland (go Cubs!).I live in Oakland, CA with my lovely English wife and 3 energetic kids.
