I lead a team of 10 HR professionals supporting around 1,400 employees across six locations in Germany and Austria. My role focuses on day-to-day HR leadership, organizational development and supporting our plants through change and growth.Key areas of work:• Organizational development: Reorganization of the management teams in the Wuppertal and Nuremberg plants, including role design, transition planning and support for new leaders.• Change & training: Support in the regional sales reorganization to align with the European structure, with a focus on organizational design, onboarding and training of newly appointed managers.• Recruitment & workforce planning: Coordinated the hiring of 100+ blue-collar employees between February and May 2025 to increase plant output, alongside strategic white-collar recruitment.• Employee relations: Active involvement in negotiating the 2025–2028 Works Council and IG Metall agreement.• Absence reduction: Contributed to initiatives that reduced absenteeism in all German plants from double-digit to single-digit levels.
