As an Analyst at the OECD, I use my Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and my skills in Psychometrics and event data analysis to conduct research and provide policy advice on education and skills development. I have over 10 years of work experience in the field of psychometrics and educational assessment, including 4 years as a contractor for the National Center for Educational Statistics, where I worked on projects related to complex digital learning environments, event data, and evidence-centered design.
