   As a Staff Product Designer, I lead end-to-end design strategy and execution for governance experiences at ServiceNow\'s App Engine tools. I partner with product, engineering, and research leaders to define vision, align on priorities, and translate complex problems into intuitive, elegant solutions that drive user growth, retention, and adoption. Solving ambiguous and complex problems is my specialty. I\'m self-driven, proactive, and thrive in tackling challenges that don\'t have clear answers. Beyond hands-on design, I mentor and guide other designers, shaping design standards and influencing product roadmap to ensure scalable, cohesive experiences.
