I\'ve spent 20 years figuring out how businesses actually work—not from textbooks, but from the inside.Started in banking. Survived the 2008 crash (my business capital company didn\'t). Pivoted to the vape industry early, became COO, won Business Person of the Year. Co-founded an e-liquid brand that still sells internationally. Built a consulting practice helping small businesses with payments and operations.Today I\'m Director of Marketing at Fresh Collective, running marketing and e-commerce operations across Half Bak\'d, Fruitia, and Buzz. My scope is unusually broad: lifecycle programs, paid media, Shopify optimization, analytics, compliance, creative production, and the operational systems that tie it all together.But here\'s the part that excites me most: in the last year, I taught myself to build software using AI. I\'ve shipped six production applications—a compliance verification platform, a chargeback system that\'s recovered $200K+, a custom CRM. I couldn\'t write React 12 months ago. Now I build the tools I wish existed.What makes me different? I\'m not just a marketer or just an operator or just a builder. I understand marketing strategy AND can build the automation.
