I work with companies to help them make successful changes, whether introducing new IT tools, moving offices or redesigning their organisational structure. I focus on clear and simple communication, interesting and engaging training, and making sure everyone from the most senior to the most junior people know what’s happening, why, and what they need to do about it. I\'ve worked in the energy, telecoms and financial services industries, and although I’m based in the UK I am comfortable managing change globally. I enjoy leading teams and developing those around me, and have designed and delivered internal Change Management courses for junior colleagues. I am particularly interested in how technology is changing the way we work – including making the most of social media and using smartphones and tablets to work from anywhere, any time - except weekends, which are for rugby, and holidays, which are for skiing.
