Working in the operations department I assist customers with their private tour bookings, issues, and payments. As part of the role I also troubleshoot with tour guides and co-workers around the world. Working in the office and then remotely I worked as part of a team to help ensure the smooth operation of tours and bookings. I use my creative skills to contribute to the company’s blog, update tour listings, and conduct research in order to recruit new tour guides. I also vetted tour guides prior to their onboarding.
