As part of the two-year Academic and Ambulatory Care Postdoctoral Fellowship, I support teaching and learning at UTHSC College of Pharmacy through didactic instruction, curriculum development, student mentorship, and educational research. I will contribute to teaching across both classroom and experiential settings, while also serving on the college’s assessment and curriculum Committees. This role allows me to explore scholarship in pharmacy education and build the foundation for a future career in academia. My academic responsibilities are complemented by clinical practice through a partnership with River Valley Health.

I am an Academic and Ambulatory Care Fellow with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy and River Valley Health in Knoxville, Tennessee. I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy from UTHSC and a Master’s in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis. My passion lies in combining my roots in education with patient care, whether through teaching future pharmacists, advancing patient-centered care in ambulatory settings, or developing innovative ways to empower both patients and learners. I am driven by a commitment to improve health outcomes and shape the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
