About Tayt Odom

An actuary by background, I have a broad array of experiences. From serving as the COO of a HR/Benefits consulting firm, serving as the National Director of the account management and consulting functions, and teaching at the high school level, I have seen and experienced many things. I have experience in many pension and retirement related topics including plan design, administration, and strategic planning as well as significant experience in operations of the company.After helping the consulting firm successfully be acquired, I transitioned into opening and starting a multi-site franchise business that I currently oversee. This, along with teaching and coaching at the high school level currently occupies my time. My passion is developing people and seeing them achieve their highest potential. My current and past roles have allowed me to help others ensure that they have the people and resources necessary to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
